Are you ambitious about training and coaching, and interested in learning more about the Ajax Philosophy? Then you should follow our three-day seminar from the 14th  of October till the 16th of October 2026.

Seminar

Ajax players are known by their technical skills. During this Seminar we will explain to you where this is positioned within our philosophy and how that’s being translated to training sessions for our Foundation-phase (U8 - U13). Specific subject for this Seminar is 1v1-attacking. 

Through our mission and vision, we will focus on how to develop basic skills and movement variations as part of our football anatomy.

Next to that there will be the possibility to extend your international network and to get to know Ajax in all kinds of ways.

Day 1 - 09:30-16:00

  • Welcome and start program
  • Ajax Football Anatomy
  • Technical abilities to beat your opponent 
  • The principles behind our style of play
  • Optional: Guided tour at Sports Complex de Toekomst

Day 2 - 09:30-16:00

  • Evaluation day 1 and start program day 2
  • Design your training session in 1v1-attacking
  • Pitch field training session
  • Training session
  • Evaluation training session

Day 3 - 09:30-15:00

  • Evaluation day 2 and start program day 3
  • Evaluation training sessions with video analysis
  • Watch a demo training + evaluation  with Ajax-coach
  • Graduation Ceremony
  • Optional: Guided tour Johan Cruijff ArenA

Registration

International and national trainer/coaches are welcome in this Seminar. Please note: If you have a KNVB/UEFA licence, you will receive 6 KNVB licence points after participating. If you are affiliated to another association, please contact your own association. 

Registration is open until the 5th of October. However, we have a limited number of spots available, so registration may possibly close earlier.
