Do you want to learn more about how we translate our identity into Ajax football and the Ajax player? In the 2* Ajax  Education pProgram, we will take you through the Anatomy of our Football.

What does the education program look like?

You will learn what our club stands for, how that translates into Ajax-football and the Ajax-player, and which departments within our organization contribute to the development of our youth players. After registering for the education program, you will gain access to the introductory videos “We are Ajax.” After completing each topic, the next topic will become available immediately.

The Ajax Philosophy 

Football is constantly evolving. This also means that the content of the Ajax philosophy and this education program evolves. This 1* Ajax Education Program is therefore the updated version of the 1* Ajax Education Program – The Youth Academy.
